  • Traning Center located at Vivekanandapuram, which is Just 1 Km. from the Kanyakumari Railway Station.
  • Autos and Taxis ply regularly between Kanyakumari and the campus.
  • Nearest Railway Stations is Kanyakumari (1km) & Railway Junction is Nagercoil Jn (17km).

Is the camp residential?

Yes, all camps are fully residential.

What type of accommodation is provided?

Simple dormitory accommodation is provided separately for Ladies and Gents.

What should I bring for the camp?

Participants should bring:

What is the dress code for Yogasana sessions?
Men: Light-coloured loose T-shirts with track suits/shorts

Ladies: Light-coloured Salwar-Kameez (Punjabi dress)

What discipline and conduct should be followed?

Participants must:

  • Attend all sessions on time (attendance is compulsory)

  • Avoid bringing valuable items, tape recorders, or iPods, Laptop, etc.

  • Maintain discipline and follow camp rules strictly

When should participants report for the camp?

Participants must report to the Shibir Office one day before the camp begins, by 5:00 PM.

When is departure allowed?
Departure is allowed only after lunch on the concluding day.

⚠️ Late arrival or early departure is strictly not permitted.
Is physical fitness required?

Yes. Participants should be able to walk daily and climb stairs.

What activities are prohibited during the camp?

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Leaving the campus without permission

  • Smoking or chewing paan/paan-masala

  • Consumption of tobacco, alcohol, or any intoxicants
